After six years of heavy use, this drill would have been still going strong if it wasn't for a few things. First, never, ever, tighten the chuck down with one hand, like you can with one-sleeve chucks. A co-worker of mine borrowed this drill and tried doing so, repeatedly, and the chuck made horrible grinding noises as the rear sleeve and the front sleeve worked against each other.
